HENRIETTA, N.Y. — On Wednesday, the Henrietta Town Board approved the building of a Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers restaurant at 823 Jefferson Rd.
The future Raising Cane’s will use the vacant parcel building in Minotti Crossings Plaza, near Hobby Lobby.
The board approved a special use permit and a negative declaration of environmental impact in the meeting about Raising Cane’s.
The fast-food restaurant will have sit-down, take-out, outdoor seating, and two-lane drive-through services. However, the project needs to go to planning and zoning boards to address signage and other potential issues.
This will be the first site located in the Rochester area.
