GENEVA, N.Y. — A man accused of raping a child is now facing federal charges.
Federal prosecutors say Rafael Arroyo-Ubiles sexually abused a 5-year-old girl.
News10NBC first reported on Arroyo-Ubiles last week. Arroyo-Ubiles first came to the attention of Geneva Police during an investigation into drug sales in the city.

Investigators say they found videos of Arroyo-Ubiles abusing the girl during a search related to that investigation. His new federal charges are production and possession of child pornography.
