GENESEO, N.Y. — The Geneseo Airshow returned to the National Warplane Museum this weekend.
This year’s event celebrated America’s 250th anniversary and featured the historic B-17 Flying Fortress Sentimental Journey. It also included extended flightline, extended showline, explosive reenactments and displays, and a veterans tent.
David and Sandra Sluberski, who are longtime members of the museum, have been to the airshow many times, but say the weather this year was perfect in comparison to previous years.

“It’s always a gamble, but it’s a blast. Lots of comments, lots of pictures, what’s not to like about it?” said David.
