ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Flower City Down Syndrome Network hosted its annual World Down Syndrome Day celebration at Bill Grays restaurant on Chili Avenue, Saturday. Families and the community celebrated to bring awareness to Down syndrome.

The FCSDN hosts multiple events throughout the year, The event on Saturday included a magician, photo booth, and a fundraising raffle.
FCSDN is a volunteer nonprofit, serving the greater Rochester area.
In May, the organization will select teachers, teacher assistants, and direct support staff, presenting awards for their efforts during Teacher Appreciation Month.
