VICTOR, N.Y. — The Town of Victor is hosting a free festival on Saturday featuring over 100 exhibits and local vendors.
From food, shopping, to games and music, there’s something for everyone. There was a Victor school bus for kiddos to explore, and even have a chance to sit in the driver’s seat.

Frank Petrosino, a school bus driver in Victor, says that’s usually the kids’ favorite part, but he loves being with the community.
“The community is brought together for the first time once a year at an event as big as this is,” Petrosino said. “So it’s great.”
He says events like this help bring people together amidst recent violence.
“It brings a sense of community and closeness,” he said. “And it’s so different than what’s been happening across the political forefront in terms of some of the shootings and things. You can see how everybody here together is genuinely caring about each other.”

Mark Ferguson, a vendor at the festival, told News10NBC it’s his second time there.
“It’s great. It’s one of the things that allows people that are in and around the village to be able to see what type of local businesses are here,” said Ferguson.
The event runs until 3 p.m.
