Ex-commander of Geneva American Legion pleads guilty to stealing over $100K

 

GENEVA, N.Y. — After a months-long investigation, the former commander of the Geneva American Legion has pleaded guilty to stealing over $100,000 from the legion.

Dale Mosher, 65, pleaded guilty to grand larceny on Monday. As News10NBC has covered, Mosher was accused of stealing from the legion over the course of eight years, starting in January of 2017.

Mosher is due to be sentenced Jan. 22. He faces between 3 and 9 years in prison.
