ROCHESTER, N.Y. — News10NBC is at the scene of a significant police presence on Chili Avenue near Thurston Road.
Rochester Police Department patrol cars are at the scene, and officers are putting up crime scene tape. Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputies, Rochester Firefighters, and New York State Troopers are also at the scene, and our reporters saw helicopters in the air.
