ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A convicted felon from Rochester was arrested early Friday morning on Interstate 490 near Interstate 390. Deputies said he was driving under the influence.
Authorities discovered nine bags of cocaine, a handgun loaded with 13 rounds, and nearly $13,000 in cash in his car.
James Gresham faces charges of driving while intoxicated, along with drug and gun charges. He is currently being held in the Monroe County Jail without bail.
