ROCHESTER, N.Y. — City offices in Rochester will be closed on Monday for President’s Day. This includes Rochester City Hall and other administrative offices.
Neighborhood Service Centers, R-Centers, Rochester Animal Services, and the 3-1-1 call center will also be closed.
Rochester Public Library branches will remain open for normal hours. Garbage pickup and recycling services will continue as scheduled.
