PITTSFORD, N.Y. — News10NBC is working to learn more after a car went up in flames on I-490, just past the Linden Avenue overpass, in Pittsford on Tuesday morning.
Our photojournalist saw the front part of the car melted and charred and the Brighton Fire Department at the scene. We started hearing reports of the fire just after 12:30 a.m.
The fire shut down part of I-490 but it has since reopened. We have reached out to New York State Police and Brighton FD for more information. Check back for updates.
