The Buffalo Bills started the night with the 28th overall pick in the draft. Upon getting there, they traded with the Kansas City Chiefs for the 32nd overall pick, only for them to trade out of the first round entirely.
In doing so, Buffalo acquired the 33rd and 141st overall pick from the Carolina Panthers in exchange for that first rounder and the 200th overall pick.
