ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Applications for the second round of “Neighbors in Action” grants were set to open Monday, Jan. 12, 2026. ESL Federal Credit Union and the Rochester Area Community Foundation planned to join Mayor Malik Evans to announce the launch.
The Neighbors in Action program allows city residents to pursue projects aimed at improving their neighborhoods. These projects can range from beautification to public safety initiatives.
