ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Rochester Police Department confirmed that another body was found in the rubble after a church fire last week.
The first body
On Sunday, December 7, Rochester firefighters battled a three-alarm fire at a building that was formerly the Trinity Inter-Faith Church. The building was demolished after the fire that same day.

Days later, officers confirmed the first body was found in the rubble. That body has since been identified as 39-year-old Laticia Hollins. Police believe she died as a result of the fire, but the Arson Task force is still investigating.
The second body
Almost a week after police confirmed that first body, officers tell News10NBC a second body was found in the rubble. News10NBC went back out to the scene Wednesday morning, and found crews digging through the rubble. The medical examiner is also at the scene, and officers tell us they’re working to identify the body.
This is a developing story, and will be updated as we learn more. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
