ROCHESTER, N.Y. — An Ambulance and a car crashed on Wednesday morning on State Street just off the Inner Loop.
News10NBC’s photojournalist saw New York State Police and Rochester Police shut down the road around 2 p.m. Neither the ambulance nor the SUV seemed badly damaged, but a flatbed was at the scene.
