ROCHESTER, N.Y. — News10NBC is working to learn why New York State Police surrounded a car late Tuesday night, shutting down I-590 near Route 104.
Our photojournalist spotted a car with flat tires and someone being taken away in an ambulance around 11 p.m. A tow truck took the car away.
Troopers have reopened the road. We have reached out to State Police for details on the investigation. Check back for updates.
