ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Brooks Avenue has reopened after being closed for months due to an ongoing pavement project.
The road was first closed in July. It was closed from the access ramp of the Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport all the way to Deep Rock Road in Gates.
Although the road has reopened to traffic, construction will still continue. Drivers should expect travel delays.
