ROCHESTER, N.Y. — There was a major Rochester Police investigation on Garson Avenue overnight near Peck Street on the city’s northeast side.
News10NBC’s photojournalist saw an RPD command van and multiple police cruisers at the scene around midnight, with crime scene tape closing off the area.
