ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A 24-year-old woman has been arrested after being accused of shooting and killing a woman on Gothic Street on Nov. 2.

Rochester police say it happened just before 2 a.m. on Nov. 2. Officers responded to Gothic Street for reports of gunshots fired.
When they got there, they say they found 30-year-old Kitana Kendrick with at least one gunshot wound. She was brought to the hospital and pronounced dead shortly after she got there.
On Friday, U.S. Marshals took Aryana Stone into custody outside the city of Buffalo. Stone is charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
Police say at the time of her arrest, Stone was on probation for previous attempted assault and robbery charges. They also say she had an outstanding warrant for her arrest for violating probation.
Stone is set to be arraigned Friday night.
Police say this is an ongoing investigation and ask anyone with information to call 911 or the Major Crimes Section at 585-428-7157.
