ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A water main break is causing flooding on Culver Road and Meredith Street on Tuesday morning as the snow comes down.
News10NBC’s crew at the scene sees the water gushing onto the road and onto yards. The Rochester Police Department says Culver Road is closed from Clifford Avenue to Lancraft Street because of the break.
