(Reuters) – The U.S. Justice Department said on Friday that it had charged Mohammad Reza Nouri, a captain in Iran’s Revolutionary Guards, with murder and terrorism offenses in connection with his alleged role in the 2022 death of American Stephen Troell in Iraq.
