NEW YORK (Reuters) – The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission on Thursday sued the CEO and co-founder of Voyager Digital Ltd Stephen Ehrlich for fraudulently soliciting participation in and operating a digital asset trading and custody platform.
The lawsuit was filed in federal court in New York.
