TAIPEI (Reuters) – TSMC Chairman Mark Liu said on Wednesday the company will decide this week whether to invest in chip designer Arm Holdings’ blockbuster initial public offering.
Speaking at the SEMICON Taiwan summit, Liu said: “We are still evaluating.”
