ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Part of I-490 over Platt Street near Innovative Field in Rochester will be closed overnight for bridge maintenance this week.
The overnight lane closures will start Monday and go until Wednesday. The closures are as follows:
- Alternating left and right lane closures on I-490 West between the Allen Street ramp and Exit 13 (Inner Loop) from 7 p.m. Monday until 6 a.m. Tuesday. The Allen Street ramp will be closed and motorists should follow the posted detour using Plymouth Avenue and Brown Street.
- Alternating left and right lane closures on I-490 East between Exit 10 (Mt. Read Boulevard) and Exit 13 (Inner Loop / Downtown / Plymouth Avenue) from 7 p.m. Tuesday until 6 a.m. Wednesday. The Exit 13 Inner Loop ramp will be closed and motorists should follow posted detour using State Street and Brown Street.
Drivers should expect travel delays and are asked to use other routes if needed.
