ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A truck became stuck on 490 West near the Frederick Douglass Susan B. Anthony Bridge in Rochester on Thursday night. The truck appeared to have gone over the guard rail, raising it into the air, where it struck the flyover above.
One lane was closed, but traffic was still passing by slowly.
News10NBC reached out to state police to determine if there were any injuries.
