ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester police are asking for your help to identify a suspect in a shooting.
The man in the accompanying video is whom police are looking for. They say he is suspected in a shooting that happened on Lyell Avenue on July 23. That’s the same day two men were shot in the same area. Both men survived.
