ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester Police are investigating a deadly crash on Tuesday morning involving an SUV and a tractor trailer.
The crash happened around 1:30 a.m. on Lexington Avenue near Curlew Street. Officers say the SUV hit the back of the truck. One person in the SUV died at the scene.
The RPD Major Crimes Unit is investigating and police say criminal charges are expected.
