ROCHESTER, N.Y. — News10NBC is working to learn more about a large first responder scene on Hudson Avenue near Clifford Avenue in Rochester.
Our photojournalist at the scene saw multiple firefighters, State Police troopers, a car with severe damages, and an RTS bus that seems to be damage as well.
