GAZA (Reuters) – The border authority in Hamas-controlled Gaza on Monday said that the Rafah border crossing is open only for evacuations by Egyptians and foreigners listed since Nov. 1.
The authority’s statement added that those who were not listed won’t be able to cross the border as per notification from the Egyptian authorities.
